    It boiled over last Friday, and then it was showing 250. This is setup is very nice, it's exactly what I've been thinking about. I've also have problem with my fan belt because I'm running two alternators, It's like the belt cant handle it.

    well I pulled the thermostat out today and took it out for a test and it ran much better, it is still around 180-190 when the truck is in action and it runs 150-160 on idle. I'm gonna try this and see what it does, and if it will not work I'm going shopping for 502 bbc and new radiator :p
