If you value your clothing…. Pick up a welding jacket…. I must have had a dozen shirts with holes all over the front. As dumb as it sounds, once you get going and feel a few sparks…instead of getting a long sleeve shirt, all I did was take a step back trying not to get burned…hell, I was on a...
Frankly, I started with stick welder and took me 30 years to get over the frustration of jamming the rod into the metal and getting it stuck. Once I switched to MIG…and that AUTO-SET feature… it’s like making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I started on 1/4” and 1/2” steel which was simple...
Spent the afternoon doing some small stuff again…
Placed the coolant sensor in the head with the adapter
Spent an hour tweaking the bends for the fuel feed hardline
And while probably overkill, I ran the fuel pump power lead thru some expanded scuff guard on the way under the body and back up to...
It is a very substantial gauge mount and impressive quality. I did place it over the stock headlamp switch and there is a bit more space between the mount and existing dash

Can the return line be the vent line size hard line 3/16?

@charliemeyer007 …evap separator...
With the discussion on the wheels and tires, I had to go back and really look….those sidewalls are huge. Do you have any side profile views of the truck with these tires and wheels? Really sweet looking
Edited: it’s amazing the junk auto-correct will insert
I have watched Ben and Rachel’s videos for over 2 years now…. Surely beats the crap that is on TV and they are informative and entertaining. Just starting my Sniper install this week as well.and of course and re-watched several YouTube videos on FJ40 sniper installs. There are probably over a...
50 years ago I would have never thought about how quickly the salt roads in Vermont could EAT my FJ40. I had seen tons of 10 and 15 year old cars that seemed to have earned their rusted out quarters and doors. Was just the way you had a car that was 10 or 15 years old it was expected …and for...
