Good morning peeps, I had a local dealership install my Bilstein lift and SPC UCAs(1 year ago), the control arms(I'm assuming) are making a loud rubber creaking sound when going over speed bumps and is driving me crazy and can't figure it out. Can someone tell me if I'm supposed to have a...
Well I had taken it back to the dealership that did the install and it appeared to be fixed and was riding good for a couple weeks until my wife told me this morning that she's hearing a squeak again when going over bumps....will have to take another look when I get thome from work to see if...
What's up guys, developed a squeak on drivers rear a few months after Bilstein 6112/5260 install( or maybe just now noticing with windows down) crawled underneath and this is the driver's side bushing and washers from the underside, obviously not seating correctly. Can anyone advise if this is...
Hey did you ever get your truck leveled out? I'm thinking of swapping my 2721 ARB coils for the bilsteins but I'm also on the 5th perch.
I'm thinking maybe the Bilstein springs and a 10mm spring spacer?
Yea I just looked at it closer and you are right I have more room to adjust the wheel back and should clear the arm after that. Gonna take it back to the shop that put it all on and ask them to readjust. Thanks! Was thinking I needed the alee relocation bracket but the caster should make me all...
Depends what height setting you go with in the front. Bilstein does make a spring that will lift and is softer now but not sure how much lift it actually gains.
I am putting a full size 34" spare underneath and prinsu roof rack though (waiting for tire on backorder) so hoping that little added...
Hey guys got everything put on finally. Here's the run down:
Bilstein 6112/5160 5th perch
2721 rear springs
SPC UCAs
+40 Evo Dakars
285/75/17 Wildpeaks(34")
First impressions:
Love the way it drives, the rear springs are admittedly a little too stiff for no added weight(someone on here warned...
Just put 285/75/17 Wildpeaks with +40 Evo corsas on my 2018 lc200 and I have slight rub on driver side kdss bar. Looking back I wish I had with with a +35 or +30 wheel
Bilstein 6112/5160 and SPC UCAs and front mud flaps removed. Slight heat gun treatment to plastics
Going through this myself right now, it fits but it's not ideal at all, the front seat needs to be pushed forward to the point where it's not very comfortable for someone to sit in it.
I wish it was better but It is what it is for now. Kid won't always be in a rear facing seat
