Just bought a new daily driver. (Mercedes Benz ML500)
And I am either going to sell or store my '97 LX450.
If I decide to keep and store, does any one have any experience in long term storage of a car/truck ?
thanks..
you would need to cut off the bottom legs and add a Corbeau seat bracket/adaptor to make it fit.
Never tried, but probably could be done.
Yea, it has all of the power options...
I have a set of front seats- Lexus RX300, Oak. very good shape..
I live near Kansas city, Kansas.
I want 500.00 (+shipping) for the pair, all is right with seats, but no driver side arm rest..
PM me ....if interested....
Cooper Discoverer ATR's are very good in all weather but mud. I used them in three blizzards last winter and they performed very well.

I am trying to find the plug that would allow me to use a 2007 tundra alternator in my 97 lx450, photoman had these, but cannot contact him..
Is there another source...?
thanks...
Photoman contacted me and said he does have brackets/connectors for shipping....
he can be reached at...
any auto parts store has what you want in bulk. just bring hose to parts store and they should have rolls of it, and give you whatever length you need..
Clean the throttle body and replace all of your hoses and then run hi-octane fuel and some octane-booster thru it for a while and it should be good for another 100K..
(btw, nice cruiser)
if you get a stick welder, get a ac/dc welder. A/C welding is good for heavy machinery that might have static build-up issues, like farm equipment.
d/c is a bit easier to weld with and what you will use more often, on a daily bases.
All mig welders are d/c.
I use a stick, but almost...
BFG a/t's are ok, until you get in the mud. And it doesn't have to be deep mud, just any mud.
They will will not work in the mud.
You might want something more aggressive for South America.
