    I was thinking about getting a new pinion with the shaft that will accommodate a crush sleeve. My only problem then would be setting the proper pinion depth. Does any one have the tool Toyota made for this?

    Does anyone out there know where I can get a set of washers (spacers) for the differential with no crush sleeve? At one time Toyota made 9 of them I currently have the 2.84mm washer. With 2 shims (.25mm shims) it is too tight (cant turn it by hand at all) and with three shims it is too loose...

    I am probably not the one to do any guiding as I am doing this for the first time. Spector off road has a kit for the rear and should bolt up easily if you have an original suspension. As for the front I would just get the part number stamped on the caliper an buy new ones. Some one else here...

    I had the same problem with mine. Had to adjust the pin all the way in and also back out the clevis that attaches to the brake pedal arm all the way back until the rod hits the arm. Also had to remove the residual valve from the master cylinder. Looks like a thimble with a little hole in it...
