Coil conversion is not required. In my case I run the Bilstein 5100 for more than 2 years with OEM bags before adding coil conversion. No issues at all. Should be the same with 4600's.
So, I'm working on same issue on mine after changing the camshaft seals. Took the valve cover off and intake cam sprocket was completely loose and with no bolts. yes, I did torque the bolts to specs. nothing broken or off at least. So, loctite on new bolts and hopefully that resolve the problem.
Welcome, IMO for light to medium trails that's overkill and a lot of money. Example, my setup is 32.5" tires, 5100's Bilstein shocks, Dobinsons springs, Freedom off road UCA and OEM LCA. I tackle a lot of medium trails with ease. My opinion on remote reservoir shocks: unless you are running baja...
No pun intended. I use tiresize.com to make comparisons. 33/12.5 are like a 1.3" wider than 285/70. all manufacturers take measurements different, so it could be slightly more or less. E load tires are too stiff for daily driving. that's my two cents.
Keep your tire size to no more than 33. That sizes you mentioned are 34.4" tires and will not fit with that setup. I'm running 265/70R18 (32.6") with the Bilstein 5100s and Dobinsons progressive springs mentioned and I got only a hair of clearance from everything. Unless you want to pull the...
in my case, I went below the GX, check on the driveshaft and had a lot of play on the U-joints. went with the cheapest option just to be sure that was the problem. I replaced the joints myself with ones from Pep Boys. No problem since. 60k miles and still running fine.
