Electrical. Battery, alternator (voltage regulator), wires touching, or ground point disconnected.
Your engine mounts might be shot, and when you turn the engine might be tilting in a way that aggravates the bad connection.
If the problem is worse under heavy engine load (such as going up an...
Out here in the boonies, people use whatever ignition coil physically fits their engine, and don't care about anything else. When I first got my LX470, it had ignition coils from probably a Camry -- it ran like crap, but it also had a dozen other faults that could be attributed to.
And now an...
Pulled from my 2001 LX470. Worked fine when pulled a few months ago, though I don't guarantee the bulb. As seen in the photos: Does not include one of the lamp covers / bulbs / harnesses. Doesn't include screws/bolts/mounting hardware. $50 + $22 shipping anywhere in the US by Priority Mail, so...
I was considering getting a few of these as spares, but it seems a bit fishy. It lacks the small markings and the webbing under the connector looks like a cheap copy of the real version. What do we think -- fake?

Thank you, but it's probably not. The LX470 fog lamps are much bigger and include turn signals, so probably use a different connector. Anyway, another poster helpfully found the right part on RockAuto. Thanks so much for offering to help though.
I need the one that's circled. Previous owner soldered the bulb directly to the power wires. I'd be eternally grateful for a source, a part number, or an offer to sell me your spare. I've looked on Amazon, eBay, and Aliexpress, and can't find anything that seems to fit. Many thanks.
Make sure you understand how your boroscope is built and there's no tiny part that drops into your cylinder. A not-infrequent event when newbies start opening up their cylinders.

Search "2uzfe engine" on eBay. Lots of options for a used engine under $2K. Yeah, the engine is used, but so is the rest of your car -- so what? These engines (usually) last a very long time. (Do we know how difficult it is to install a Tundra 2UZFE in an LC?)
Are the misfire codes always for the same cylinders? At some point in your diagnosis you may want to move the coil packs on affected cylinders to unaffected cylinders and see if the misfire codes also move.
I wonder if the oil change knocked something loose under the hood. That many misfires...
Though on the forums it's mostly the fifth owner who thinks he just got a $100K car for $2K and is about to hack into the BCM to power his Boss bass tube...
I bought all my Land Rovers (also all my Mercedeses, whatever the hell the plural is) from people who got in way over their heads. They...
Are you guys new to the concept of Land Rover or something? In the Year of Our Lord 2022 being surprised that Land Rovers are unreliable? I mean, it's kind of established fact. You might as well be surprised that Land Cruisers last forever.
I had a Discovery2 and a Range Rover P38. Both were...
There's also this option: an Autel AP200 dongle for about $60 on Amazon, which lets you access most of what Techstream does, and certainly a lot more than the standard generic OBD2 readers. You can choose one car make for it to work with, and additional makes cost $22/brand/year. (I think...
