    It becomes a choice between buying remanufactured of possibly unknown parts and quality or getting a good core and fresh up that. Since finding the good core would be difficult would you think tearing down a remanufactured would be redundant?

    The shop that installed it did notch it, it is depicted in that top down picture. Hard to say if it was necessary or not but that tiny space came in clutch the time I had to remove the snorkel for the xpel wrap.

    Update to this thread. Hazzard Fabworks still sells their anti rattle hitch thing. I called last week and they have them on the shelf for $130, shipping is extra. Yay for inflation. Mine arrived today and I’ll be using it next week. Just test fitting but it appears to be the best fitting...

    Rubber grommets for front parking sensors (TJM bumper)

    Curiosity got the better of me so I took off the fog light plate to measure. Lo and behold the wiring loom had broke free and had been resting on the back of the fog lamp. Thankfully, it’s only one wire to repair… Hole for the grommet is .75.

    Going to a different shop sounds like the way to go, the dealer you’re at now doesn’t seem motivated to tear into this project and I can’t say I blame them. Sucks all around.

He was so quick to mention how he would be dragged in the comments for choosing the dealer over LC specific indie shop because the dealer would know how to work on it because it’s so similar to the Thndra, then tells us how he’s on his 3rd alternator...
