My rake is about an inch higher in the back. Yes the back height is set to the new spring height. It’s overall a little more than a 2” lift. I have heard good things at RPM garage in Monrovia. They can answer all your questions as they have lifted a lot of 100 series.
I have the ironman foam cell 2” Lift with UCAs and Diff Drop. To me it rides way better then stock. My new shocks are designed to ride smooth. The problem is a lot of people crank the torsion bars too high. If you leave enough rake with the lift, then it will ride way better than it ever did...
I paid $12,500 a year ago. Completely stock 2000 LX with 77k original miles original owner. All maintenance records from Lexus. Called within 15 min. of them posting it on CL. I told them I’d give them their full price! It was a Wednesday and I could be there till Friday morning. “I’m stuck...
we still have a place in Ventura, and will be going back and forth. Ventura is awesome too! Hobsons is fun break. We like Faria(Modos and Pitas) C Street is good too!
Bought a 2021 TRDOR. So far a sweet truck. Found some used nerf bars for $125, and just put them on! Now time to load it with boards and head to the beach!
I don’t think it has to do with the LX level that give it a bad ride. It has more to do with the 55mm droop that is needed to give it a good ride. The higher the torsion bars are, the less droop and the harsher the ride. If I keep the 55mm droop and get stock springs with a spacer, the ride...
I brought the torsion bars up as high is they would go in the front. It was still 1/4” higher in the back from the front. The ride was horrible, so I put it back down to 1” higher in the back. So I don’t need to re-index the torsion bars if they are still going up and down. But definitely a good...
I can’t stand that look. I’m not going to load it up with anything other than surfboards, which are light and young kids. So I’m not worried about sag. I don’t tow anything either.
