Team,
Appreciate the deposit from everyone. We are all paid up at this point.
Shipping is backed up from SA - unsure if it's because of the war in the middle east or something else, but my shipper is having a hard time getting a confirmed space on a container ship. I am in daily...
Ordered an Eaton E-locker today, part# 14212-1. I'm looking to integrate this into my dash on my troopy using the OEM switch. Since I'm only planning to get a rear locker I'm ordering part number #84725-60030 (photo #1).
Does anyone know the plug part number that goes into the back of this...
Bud and Frank, thank you for the detailed information.
I think I'm gonna go with a GMRS for now. I've also got a Garmin InReach that I'll bring with me for emergencies.
Will probably go to HAM later, it's something that I've always been interested in and has applications to my work. Just...
Mounted my new plate. I had ordered a new rear door light "thing" before I had added the Kaymar rear bar.

Still need to wire it in, does anyone...

Looking to add a radio in my troopy. Thinking of this kit: Radio Kit - GMR45 High Power GMRS Band Mobile Radio with Antenna - https://www.ruggedradios.com/collections/toyota-two-way-radio-communication-kits-and-antenna-mounts/products/rugged-gmr45-mobile-gmrs-radio-kit
Is this going to be able...
This is an interesting work around. I may end up having to do this as my clutch will not engage either right now after removing the extra Omani wiring from my troopy.
The vanity plate has finally arrived!
Now to figure out how to mount it on my Kaymar swing out. Anyone have an elegant solution?
I *believe* it is a requirement to have your license plate illuminated in the dark, but I have been wrong before.
