Yes, it's still available. Shoot me your email if you would like to see a few pics I took of it.
I actually took the factory rack off, but used the channels that were mounted on the roof to attach the surco rack.
Thanks!
I sold my 4runner, and I took this off. It's a 45x50 safari rack. No accessories like hi lift mount or spare. It's just the rack, and it comes with the channel style mounts. Shoot me an email if interested. I'm in Flower Mound. $100
If I were you I'd go to discount let them prorate one tire, and replace your blow out revo. Put the two new tires up front, because if you corner like me they'll match the used rears in no time. That way you get to keep your Revos. I'd keep the tire you like. Don't let some one talk you into...
I need to know if these wood packages come off with out damage to the area it is stuck to. Has anyone peeled one off with out replacing it with another? I had one on my 4runner years back and it just started to fade and look like crap. I'd rather not have it. Thanks - Jeremy
Do the AHCs still lower themsevles back down after you reach 25 mph. Has Slee put anything into production yet to avoid this?
Love the D90. My neighbor has one, and it looks great. I can't wait to see the LC build up. I never get tired of these.
I wish I could find a 01 100 for the prices quoted. The closest I can find is $21800 for 72k. Everything else is $23k for 80 or 90k. I never seen one for $10k.
It's a 99, and I'm in Texas. I'm affraid of the same thing. There is visible rust on his grill guard. The problem is, everyone down here still wants a ton for their LCs. I keep hearing how they have dropped in price due to gas, but I haven't seen that.
I'm looking at a 100 in Boston. It's a 99, and it shows a little rust on the grill guard. They claim there is no rust anywhere on the LC except the guard. They also said the under coating prevents the rust, and has done well.
What is the general concensus on the undercoating? Does it...
LOL!
I knew I was going to get some comments about that.
It was funny because we saw a kid driving down the side walk the other day with a battery powered LC. I about fell out of my chair, and told the wife we need that.
Yep the possibilities are endless. I went with this mount, it works in several locations. I also went with a fire stick. Be sure to get a SWR meter to adjust your antenna. It makes a world of difference.
I used the same unit. My CD player crapped out so I through the CB in there. It turned out great. BTW, take the unit to a local CB shop and let them tune it for $20. Mine went from 4 watts to 15watts. Works great.
I have a $38 dollar cobra, and had a truck stop shop tune it for me. No amp, just tuned it, and got it to output 15 watts. We tested it there at his shop and was able to pick up his buddy about 13 miles away. Not bad. You can set your SWRs yourself with a simple meter. You don't need a shop...
That's a little scary. I thought that place was more of a stand up place than that. I'm surprised they don't dump it off to auction, instead of ruining their creditability with hiding an issue.
I'm with you. I'm not saying it has had paint work, because he said it hasn't. I just question why the plastic underneath the fenders is painted. Can anyone provide any logic to that besides over spray or something. Oh and to share a little more info. An older man owned it from the get go...
