Here are the installation instructions that comes with those mirrors. Maybe you can use them to make sure everything looks correct.

I just checked and when I did my install on my 04, I used 70-8116 to bypass the amp and 70-8113 to hook up the HU. I did not use all of the wires on the 70-8113 but I chose it because it has an orange wire for illumination. This allows for the HU to dim when you turn your lights on. Of the 11...
You should just need the 70-8116 if you want to bypass the amp. The one plug connects to the speaker wires that exit the amp and the other plug will provide power to the HU. Use the 70-8112 if you want to keep the factory amp.
I’m guessing it’s a 98-02. The roof rack is not shown on the parts diagrams. It may have been a dealer option. Post some pics, or compare to an LC rack.
