Ugh. I contacted 3 auto interior shops local to me and none wanted to help. I just bit the bullet and bought a used grey leather steering wheel on ebay. I wanted that new feeling =( It's annoying that 2nd gen get all the remanufactured/upgrade goodies..
LOL. I knew someone would say something.
My leather has worn through and I'd like to replace it and match OEM look and feel. I've searched Ebay and there's hotboy replacements, but nothing OEM. Searching the forum has returned little results.
Anyone have experience using an auto customizer shop? Know a company making replacements?
I just replaced mine last weekend with the MOOG K80521/22 (made in Japan). The design is much better than say GM and replaced them in 20 mins per side. just unbolt 4 bolts and the ball joint and you're good.
I run BFG K02 285/70/17 on FN Wheels Five Star, 17x8.5 Matte Bronze (-6 offset) on basically that same lift. Only slight rubbing at full lockout on the front so I just had to remove the splash guards to fix, no frame cutting.

I run FN Whee's Five Star in 17x8.5 Matte Bronze (-6 offset) with BFG K02 285/70/17 Load C and only had minor rubbing on a mud flap at full lockout.
My lift is mild and with the tires was about a 3.5" lift in total:
