    Has anyone done an antenna mod

    So I, in all my genius, went through the carwash with my antenna up (2000 Lexus LX470). Antenna...gone!!!! I hate that stupid automatic antenna. Does anyone know of a hard mount modification that can be made? Thanks, Mark

    SO BIG SURPRISE, I called 4WP and asked them if they were sure they could do the job and.....they decided they don't do lifts on Lexus with AHC systems. They refunded my money and then they told me OME doesn't make a lift kit for the LX. So back to square 1.

Took it to a local shop and they said it was an 8 hour job plus the manifold (worst case) and gaskets putting it all at around $1700. They said they have to get the OEM manifold.
