Can you go into detail about the restore and maintenance that has been done recently? When was the timing belt last done? Can you post more interior pictures?

With the amount of rust on the undercarriage I can bet the rest of the car was not regularly washed during the winter months. The salt works its way into all of the doors, body panels, behind the side steps etc. I can guarantee the warm heat of Virginia will help speed up the body panel rust...
