Don't worry about lift height at all, its not relevant because a "lift" on a 100 does not affect wheel travel. Do a pinch weld mod and run +25s and you will be good to go.
+25 would poke less than +18. Stock is +60. That means the mounting surface of the wheel is 60MM OUTBOARD of the centerline, a smaller positive offset would push the mounting surfact closer tot he centerline of the wheel. So +25 is only 25mm outboard, +18 is even less at 18mm. Negative offset...
