The light output looks great.
So do you purchase the entire housing with the bulb already installed?
What's the process of installing? Care to share how much?
Couple of weeks back my switch for the Tilt/Telescope went bad, bought one from Scottsdale Lexus, but in the process of installing I broke my clock spring, so got one from ebay for $25.
Thought my starter had gone bad but it turned out to be a loose battery terminal (PSA even if it looks clean...
Good news... Switch came in early and got it fixed.
So I'll be able to make it, see everyone at breakfast.
Bad news I may have broken my clock spring and may not have a functional Driver airbag, but what could possibly go wrong.
P.S. Carlos Jr., will be accompanying me.
Well I was looking forward to this run, but then this happened. Tilt/telescope both stopped working at the same time. Not the fuse so ordered a new switch. Not coming till Saturday.
Have a safe fun run.
Thanks for that thread.
Both my motors (tilt & telescope) stoped at the same time.
The fuse was good, so I'm thinking it's probably the switch on the column.
Does that seem right?
So where do I check for continuity, I do have a volt meter. The back ends of the red and white wires show about 4 volts. I've randomly tried continuity testing the back but don't know what I'm doing.
I see nothing moving in the streeing column
I have the same battery. 3yrs old and after a week or two of no use it reads 12.3v or 12.4v, should I be concerned?
I eventually recharge it, but was wondering if this seems normal.
