It’s good to hear about how they do in terrain I haven’t seen yet. I’m running them every weekend in some NASTY Deep South, red clay mud.....some on steep hills with loose rock thrown in. They just about crawl through everything....not much throttle needed to clean or grab. Also, watching my...
I’ve got a sticky mix valve at the firewall. I just manually opened it for the cold days, until I can get it working right. Have front heat now!
Problem is: rear heater still only blows cold air?
Searches turned up nothing but bypass or fan threads?
Help appreciated.
Secondary: mix valve...
I saw my first true trail use this past weekend an my deer camp. Weather was some wet, so I got to see mud....the slick, red clay, southern stuff. Tires never loaded up much at all, and great north/south traction. East/west you could feel them wanting to do the typical push out, but a touch of...
Is say they’re decently quiet for an AT, and super quiet for an MT. There is low hum, but it doesn’t seem to increase in volume or pitch, by speed. Just a mild, low hum. Less than my 34” ST MAXs on my Tundra, and at least as quiet as my BFG ATs.
Back from the dead....for my 95.
Paper clip gets abs and center dif lights on dash going, so I replaced switch on t-case. Then, nothing. Dif is not engaging. Have driven all over in all sorts of surfaces and turns and in and out of low....no dif engaging that I can tell. Could trans relay in...

Crazy, I know. Wiring short...
Any wear/durability and/or noise increase updates on these? Wet pavement traction?
Looking hard for my ‘95 triples 80 I just bought. It’s stock so far, so looking at 285/75/16s and an ome or +2” coils later. I’ll daily drive and commute in it some, but it’ll hit trails on weekends and be...
Has everything but leather and sunroof, and all seats stay covered w/nylon trail team covers. Added Huskyliners Front and rear. Other than the occasional dirt county road in the country around here, it’s never been off road, mudded, or even driven by anyone under 45yrs old since I’ve had it...
