Hello,
I’m looking for left and right fog lights for an LX470. Hoping someone has a set from a bumper removal laying around. I also could use a gold rear bumper cover if someone has one for a reasonable price.
Thank you! Have a great day! Sam
I saw that, and have already been in touch with him. I have yet to pull and tear down the diff to find out what exactly I destroyed. Ideally I'd like to get a complete 4 pinion, though.
I'm looking to buy a 2000-2002 4.30 front differential for my 2001 LX470. I'm hoping to do the repair for as little as possible, but I'm willing to discuss a reasonable price. I'm located near Sand Point, ID, but can also pick up in the Seattle area.
Thanks!
Sam
Hey guys,
Seems that I managed to bust my front differential with the dreaded snow/rocking/reverse combo. Unfortunately I also drove about 6 miles on it to get to a more accessible area for a tow. Front right tire will not spin, but axle tries to turn. Loud metalic clacking and jerking. Vehicle...
I'm looking for a recommendation on a shop in the Longview area. The ignition linkage decided it was done with life at 210k in my '01 LX. There's a Toyota dealership, but the reviews are fairly mixed. I know it's a fairly involved repair because of the shear bolts, so I'm looking for a good shop...
Clean ride! Great looking GX you got there. I'm kinda surprised the Armada can pull a GX so solidly. With the 4.7 and 5 speed they aren't exactly slow. I guess the big ole 5.6 just pulls. Enjoy the new rig!
Man, that's an awesome collection you have there! Unfortunately, I'm separated from my .22, Mossberg 500 and Mossberg .308 for another month and a half. Can't wait to put some rounds through them when I get back to the great PNW though.
The Michelin LTX are pretty much the standard for road tires on these rigs. I believe many came stock with them. They are a quiet, comfortable and durable tire that provides good all-season traction.
@musthave What have you done to your truck? And what year is it? The pre-03's have the 4 speed and while they get around fine, they are far from quick. The only time I've heard of a hundy being truly quick is with a 5 speed and the TRD supercharger.
Having driven both extensively I can say without a doubt the LC is the better vehicle. The size and swingout are more of an issue than you might think at first. The GX just seems poorly laid out for space efficiency. The LC's are simply built better as well. That being said, the GX will have...
Really liking the build! Very clean and intentional. I'm curious why you say if you were to do it over you would skip the front bumper?
I'm curious to hear more about the sliders you made, particularly the lack of welding. How did you go about making them and bending the brackets? Are they as...
