Sure is. But I just watched a good friend of mine wait 8 months for a Toyota rack and pinion for his Tundra. I know I have one due here pretty quick so I will have one on standby just incase. Wish I could have gotten my order to work...
I was going to get a set of CV shafts and flanges and a full set of brakes. last time I grabbed a Steering Rack to put on the shelf. But as of right now I am getting nothing since I can't check out.
I am aware of the revision. I am just hoping to find someone who may have done a swap. I just don't want to set off the air bag messing about with the wiring.
Alright so Project 250 had tundra seats thrown into it when I got my hands on it. I put some rough LC seats into the truck to get me by but the idiot cut the truck side harness in the floor. I have since found out that 1. LC seats are wired differently and 2. I suck at wiring. Due to this the...
@2001LC Thank you so much for the heads up and all the other useful info you share on here.
Also the website is broken and not showing any parts for me... to many users online lol?
Today was a good day. New tail lights for the drivers side since I mistakenly closed the snow broom in the tailgate and broke the housings. I also tried to install a land cruiser roof rack on her, turns out they are different. I also serviced the spare tire winch and popped out the "lock" so its...

Managed to find some time to do a little more up keep on the ole girls. The tan one needed to finish up the brake job which included new yota pads and rotors all around. I found the caliper pins almost seized in there. A lil heat and lots of lube later they are free and working finely...
Been a busy few days but have been working to get a laundry list of deferred maintenance done on both of the running LX's. New ball joints and tie rod ends all around for the tan one and fixing a few odds and ends on Project250. Painted up the trailer hitch that I took off the parts truck...
I have been looking for tires as well and have been eyeballing these and the Toyo AT3's Quiet is a plus for sure let us know how they do on the trails!
The nut cert ripped out of the body apparently as there is no more nut to screw into lol. The seats that I have are LC seats and the wiring is different between the two. I believe the LC seats are direct drive vs module controlled for the LX seats. They are just in there for now until I find...
Today I found some time to get the seats out of the 98 LC that has become a parts vehicle due to an unforeseen boating accident. They suck but they will do for now.
If any of you are parting out an LX I could use some pieces of the seat wiring harness as the prior owner sniped them. The...
