Just talked to Premier West Gears. 800-1600 depending on the damage. Same or next day to fix.
I'm waiting to hear back from RPM before pulling the trigger.
Didier Drogba is the player in @CYKBC avatar pic.
Yes and no. I'm not in a hurry to get rid of it.
This is the standard full-size basket for the 100 series, I think it's like 87" long. It easily fits a twin mattress in the basket
I added to the gallery in the top post. a Lot more pictures.
Yep, there is definitely room for the sunroof to...
If you don't buy these sliders, you don't read fast enough. There is no better 100 series Toyota / Lexus Land Cruiser Lx470 sliders on the market than the White Knuckle sliders out of Apple Valley, CA. I picked these up at the WKOR shop in Apple Valley and everything about these sliders is top...
I'm pretty sure he's either flipping the sliders I sold him this morning or they didn't fit. Nice enough guy and if he wants to flip, no biggie.
The sliders are definitely in great shape! Less than a year old. I can't recommend White Knuckle enough. His pics above are definitely correct for...
Used 100 series Baja Rack with all hardware. It's in good shape with only a couple spots where the powder coat chipped. I bought it on here from someone. Just passing it along again.
$750 for the rack.
If you have stock roof racks with all hardware and throw it in, I'll drop the price to $650...

1998 LX470
277k miles
$5700
Needs a new front diff. It’s driving fine right now in 2wd...
I think I found the ad you were talking about. Looks pretty clean. Although, I'd be a little wary of anyone who knowingly puts rims like that on a cruiser (kidding, but also maybe not kidding). Get the VIN and get a report. All that service should be on the report if it was done at a Toyota...
I picked up a used fuse box from a junk yard for $75. Fixed all my issues with immobilizer and P1600 code. I'd hunt for something like that. New is $650
I might be getting this wrong, because I have a LX. My key is a fob. Buttons and electrics are all together. If you have a plain key with plastic toyota emblem, and a separate door lock fob, that's a different story. I'm not sure how those work. sorry.
The moment you put the key into the ignition. It's a proximity thing and contact thing inside the ignition. Does not need to be turned.
Did you try the direct jump from the 20amp to the feed to the immobilizer? That's a sure fire way to to see if something in between (20a to relay, relay...
My assumption is that without any resistance, the front diff spins a little easier and just has that whirring noise, so it's not slipping as much. With the flanges on, there is a lot of resistance and that's where the grinding and loose bearing noise is coming from.
So my question now is it...
