you guys have a good source for Ball joints? Best to go OEM?. I will go ahead and do all of them while in there - upper and lower - since they are originals.
So the 100 started a nasty creaking sound in front end while turning under load or hitting bumps. Sounds like metal on metal creaking, not ticking or popping.
Jacked up front end, no noise while turning wheels off ground.
Checked all grommets on sway bar. Not great but Ok since last rebuild...

I was a little tight going in on the 2003. I took a bit of material off the 4 tabs and pushed hard. That did the trick. It’s perfect once in. In fairness the OEM tray that came out was very tight.

Disregard. I pryed it open. When I did the tabs holding the battery in place were already broken. Plastic is brittle. So that’s that. Need to order a new one. Fun times.
