I have a 2000 LC 100 that needs love, alternator, electrical etc. It has sat for the last 8 months. Any ideas out there for a good and honest mechanic. I am in East Lansing.
thanks---Matt
Sorry peeps, I use silly, pretty language when I drink. I thought all Toyota dealers had the same quality standard in terms of parts and Tech standards. I have learned they do not. ( I do the oil filter and the oil change on my Porsche 911) for a reason. I never thought I would have to worry...
They did an oil change and I asked what torque they put on the drain plug and filter, the Techs looked at me like I was on drugs. I do the oil change on my Porsche 911 myself and I know it's 39 and 13 pounds each. for the 911. It was weird, they work on Rav4's all day, I don't think they knew...
Hey there, I got the Latitude and the X Ice Snow for the 285-60-R18. I found a guy in Texas selling wheels at 80 a piece and bought five from him. I will be honest, the winter this year in Michigan was nothing and I did not even use the Snow Wheels I got. I am buying a place in the UP (Upper...
I told the dealer I want to rotate all Five tires (Spare) they told me it would affect the differential. Is this real? So including the spare on the rotation is bad? This is with Spartan Toyota in Lansing Michigan for my 25K service and Fuel Pump recall repair.
thanks for the input.

I am interested in them shipped to me (Michigan) without the tires. I got rid of the Dunlops from my 2019 at the 17k mark as well. They are just terrible tires.
Sounds like it is not a good idea.
What are your thoughts pulling a 6X12 or 7X14 with various tools, or a Kubota RTV for 250 or do on highways? Is pulling a car trailer with a car too much?
Just bought a 2019 to replace the 2000 and am thinking about bumpers, bigger gas tank, etc. Does anyone know of professionals in Michigan who could install things?
200 series wheels.
Just bought a 2019 and want a another set of wheels for some Blizzaks. I will travel 200 to 300 miles from Detroit to pick them up.
Thanks, Matt
so I take the cover of the fusebox off, there are larger fuses (colored) that show ignition, horn, etc. and the regular small ones, is what you are talking about one of these or something that connects to this box which has a cover that comes off
yeah, I put my portable charger on it, it turned over and then started. It would not keep the charge so I bought a new battery and tried that, then it would not turn over at all. but now I have an ignition light that turns on, no radio, no windows. How did I check to see if a fusible link is...
