Sure! '97 USDM poverty pack from CA/UT with 178k miles. I'm the second owner. Original owner ordered it with running boards, premium stereo, alloy wheels, floor mats, and security system. Probably the most original, best condition, and well documented, USDM 80 series base model out there.

US Spec. February 1990 Poverty 80

I agree, it would awesome to see how many made it to the US. However, every account I have heard about build specifications is that Toyota doesn't keep those numbers. Hell, there's debate about the configurations of collector's editions. Just from searching from the internet, I have been able to...

US Spec. February 1990 Poverty 80

I'd put up the argument that USDM poverty packs are some of the rarest 80's in the world. Most 80's that came to the US were optioned pretty heavily.

Funny how early childhood experiences shape future behavior. My parents owned a '93 80 series from new, which started my solid axle obsession. I got into wheeling in the early 2000's with a built Grand Cherokee. Great rig. Suffered new dad syndrome, and sold off all my toys in the mid 2000's...

    70 series wheels

Those aren't pics of mine. I've been trying to document USDM poverty packs, as they are pretty rare. I know the one with 70 series wheels was deflared, and is on a lift with skinnies. The bottom two pics are a stock USDM poverty pack that was for sale several years ago. Enthusiasts have been...

    70 series wheels

Like these? I just purchased a set, as well as the stock steelies for an 80. I think these look better than the stock steelies for an 80. However, I’m bringing my USDM poverty pack 80 back to super poverty status, and the 80 series steelies are more correct. Last two pics below.
