Took a little time to think and decided to replace the engine on my 1988 Blizzard Wagon, i'm putting a VW 1.9 TDI ENG, stock it has 175hp, it'll be completed within the next 6 weeks or so.

I have small issues, fuel pump gasket, steering column upper & lower bearings, left front wheel bearing & hub boot, I bought mine in northern Oregon, it was also shipped from japan

It’s a nice looking blizzard, did you have any luck with locating parts.

hello, I have a 1988 Blizzard Wagon, like it a lot just like to know where I may find parts, needing a hub boot, fuel pump gasket, and a few other small parts, this vehicle rules off road in tight places. I'm located in California any help would be appreciated thanks ED

Finding parts for this Diahatsu made Toyota isn't easy replaced wheel bearings, universal joints, trying to find hub boot does anyone know if the older Toyota's parts would fit this

thank you for your input I was told a 4bt turbo can fit with modified engine mounts. That has enough power but too much weight. What do you know about the Blizzard Wagon?

I have the 6BT in my motor home, it's a huge very heavy engine does have plenty of power, i was stopped in Nevada on rt 80 doing 98mph with a 41,000 lb rv. trooper let me go without ticket. I think it's way too much engine for a small 4x4

did you sell the later one you built? I have a 1988 Toyota Blizzard Wagon (Japan Built) it's a 4cyl turbo diesel would you know if a 4BT would fit in this?
