Sounds legit. Just running thin on proper tools (voltmeter etc). Would 2 new cheopo sealed beams be worth a purchase to eliminate that potential issue?
Yes. Contacts cleaned. All HB issues are resolved. Flash and locked. Only remaining issue is Low isn't ever on. What are the odds both low elements blew at the same time?

Pressure washer should suffice. When mine has been really bad, I went to a do it yourself wash and used the broom looking brush on the durabak area and it looks great. I think I'm pushing 3 years and it still looks immaculate.
