Will I be able to get the ignition timing right by marking things or do I use a timing light? In the past i think i used a timing light. For a obd 1 do i jump two contacts, run a specified rpm and adjust ignition advance?

I am going to pull my camshafts soon. I have done the cylinder head before so i have done this but i had a FSM handy. Does anyone have a link to any FSM instructions for removal of cam shafts? All i really need are torque spec for cam caps and the criss cross tightening pattern, torque spec on...
