MUSHROOMS, What do you do with them??

Shantrells? Never had them before. I am wanting to do some stuffed shrooms though. mostly stuff them with a spicy ground sausage, panko to soak up the grease, a few seasonings, leftover stems from the shrooms(diced/minced and sautéed), and cover in jack cheese.

Nope no ruffles here. I hope you have a great growing season. I think you have posted pics before, nice set up. PS, the pic you posted, it looks like your Romas have blossom end rot, which is a Calcium deficiency. It is a tough one to correct.

Hey Surf, it depends on what results that you want. If you are OK with plant and fruit damage, then fine. To each their own. But my experience has been in large production Ag. My smallest field was 180 Ac. Which is 1/2 of a Section. I routinely took care of 35, 000 Ac of Tomatoes each year in...

Find out their food source, and spray with the appropriate insecticide, or good old Sevin Dust.

Nope, can't recommend anything unless I know what you are dealing with. Glad the Neem oil is working for you, it would seem that that product is better suited for the home owner market. That product was introduced 20+ years ago when I was an agronomist and never caught on in the large...

    Replacement Tie rods

I'm gonna need to replace my tie rods due to a torn boot and some leaking. I was looking at Moog replacement stuff on Hamazon, and got to wondering if there were any up graded parts I could purchase, or if any Mudders knew of any? Thanks in advance -Jim

What to do with Leftover Seafood

Made the ceviche yesterday evening. You have got to let it sit overnight to let the flavors get happy.

What to do with Leftover Seafood

17 views, you would think someone would chime in by now. Still wondering, kinda like the cold pasta salad idea. But it is spring, so ceviche may be in order, along with some shrimp, and scallops and some good veggies, and hot chilies.

What to do with Leftover Seafood

Well, I'm asking this question because I bought a lot of King Crab to feed my wife as she just returned from a 3 week stay with her mom. So, I was thinking the family n I would kill this stuff, but I may have bought 2X's what I needed. I know some of you will recommend a seafood omelet, but I...

Also check the recalls on the truck, ie: Rear leaf springs

Anyone recommend 3" lift for sons Tacoma?

Yes, I'll vote for OME. I was not aware of that option when I got mine. I'm running a TRUXXs 3" lift. Front spacers and rear blocks. With this set up I had to install longer rear shocks. But, I will admit that my lift has done very well.

    Creations from our LockDown

A few days back, one of my son's friends dropped off some home made carnitas. So I roasted some poblano chilis, cut them open on one side, and stuffed them with the carnitas, pinto beans, salsa, and Monterey jack cheese. Wrapped them in foil and put them back on the grill. My boys demolished them.
