I got a pre-purchase inspection done by Redline Land Cruisers. They suggested that I get the front axle rebuilt as long as I was getting the warped rotors, and wheel bearings fixed. (this was the cause of the front end wobble when applying the brakes).

I did the Torque Pro Android app with a Bluetooth scan device. $1 for the app and I think about $25 for the scan device from China. Works great! Good option for cost savings.
