Yours. I have an ‘11. Definitely has a similar sound, especially for the first 2 or 3 minutes. I’ve heard a bunch of them as well as 4runners and some of them just seem to do it. I dunno 🤷‍♂️. Wish I had more insight.

How many of you dropped the diff?

No, I did not. Sorry for the confusion. Haha. I was saying I did not install and so far I’m very happy with everything.

    Electrical Tech Day April 6

I’m super bummed. I got called in to teach a class tomorrow no one else can teach because of an instructor sickness. I was really looking forward to this. I’m sorry about the late notice but didn’t want you guys waiting on me to start. I’ll see you all at the May meeting.

Pretty quiet in here... what are you working on?

I know I went dark for a while. Been working an obscene amount of overtime and dealing with family stuff. I did put my bumper and winch on today since it was so nice outside.

    Drawer Plywood Thickness

Thanks. It gives it a clean look. It will keep the carpet edge from getting messed up. The little slot above the right drawer is for a slide out tray.

    Drawer Plywood Thickness

I’ve been done. Sorry I posted all the progress in the “pretty quiet in here” thread. Turned out great. I even had to use the factory jack access hole I made in the left drawer the other day to change a tire!

    Lift comparison

I love my OME regular setup. 885 up front with OME shocks and toytec springs in the rear with extended ome shock. I have had the setup on my DD and gone wheeling and I’m glad I have a more “set and forget” setup. I am so glad I didn’t overspend on a different setup. This feels and performs...

Pretty quiet in here... what are you working on?

Dropped it off at Virginia Tire. They at first said they wouldn’t do it because I had attempted to plug it. I gave those commies some of my mind so they are doing it while I’m at Jiujitsu. I’ll pick it up after I’m done. It is a plug/patch. I think it’s 30 bucks. Seems like a good price but it’s...

Pretty quiet in here... what are you working on?

Spent the morning dealing with my first flat on my new tires. Screw in tread area. I have a plug kit but no matter how much I reamed the screw hole (laugh it up) I could NOT get the plug to go in. Ended up just changing the spare in. I’ll need a proper patch job. I’m pretty sure I picked the...

GW-Jeff NF Peters Mill/Taskers Gap Trails Work Day - Saturday, March 16@9:30am

I cannot go. It's my 40th and I have been told not to make plans that day. However... I have a STIHL 361 (I used to have a tree service) and a pretty handy limb tuner and carry claw you guys are more than welcome to use. I also have a helmet with drop down mesh face mask and integrated...

    Rack Opinions

Haha. Same. My wife “Sarah” had flu shot and I didn’t. She has to get it for her job. She didn’t get quite as sick, but I’m not very tough when I’m sick, so it’s easy to outclass me in that regard.

I have! Tamiflu helped, today was the first day where I would say, “I’m better.” Thanks for asking. My wife got some tamiflu also. She was positive for the flu a few days after me.
