Wanted Back Bench/ Split Bench Seat (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,

I am not a fan of the full bench back seat (and the one i have is super stained, to spend the money upholstering i rather source the one i want)

So I am searching for a split bench foldable for my series 73 - i know some LJ71 came with it but i am finding it almost impossible to source.

If anyone has or know anyone who can point me in the right direction ill be willing to make a reasonable offer-

Hello,

From what I have seen, very few LX grade FJ70s and LJ70/71s had reclining split back seats.

Factory manuals do not mention these seats. I have not gone through the parts catalog to find them, though. My guess: if the FSM does not mention them, chances are that they are rarer than hen's teeth.

You may want to look for seats from cars other than 70 Series Land Cruisers and make them fit into yours.
