The wagon threw a belt, so I wasn't able to drive it like I had hoped. So I don't know where exactly it rubs, or what it feels like. Nor did I have a jack to jack it up and investigate further. But from what I was told, the tires rub when turning hard and the inspection agent wouldn't pass it...
