The fluid level is normal, but the pump makes a faint buzzing sound when fully turning. Strangely, after each 4wd trip, the steering feels lighter, but it suddenly gets heavy again after driving for a while. I'm planning to replace the pump next weekend :beer:

Could a leaking cap make the steering feel heavy?
