Btw, couldn't get an answer on the 55-list about this thusfar: Does "earlier model tailgate WS" indicate that it will not fit a "later model" 55? Or is it just better than the later ones, even factory back then? And: is early/late just based on small/large tail-lights, turnover date 9/77...
