SOLD SoCal: 2007 Lexus LX470. 153k. Mild Build.

SOLD. Thank you all for the interest and positive words. Parting with my 100 wasn't easy, but I think it was the right thing given my situation. Good luck to the new owner @pdubj. I hope you enjoy the LX for many years to come. Treat her well. :) Cheers, Wes

Thanks! I have it there for fun since I know these rigs are popular in Aus. It's a nice conversation piece. Just the other day somebody asked me if I was from Wales. I had to explain the difference between that and NSW. LOL! Thanks! Sure, a picture is attached.

SOLD SoCal: 2007 Lexus LX470. 153k. Mild Build.

Thank you! I think it's an understatement to say that 2020 has been an unexpected and wild ride for all of us. At the beginning of the year, I never expected to be in the position that I am in now. I am working from home full-time, barely driving anywhere these days, and in the process of moving...

SOLD  SoCal: 2007 Lexus LX470. 153k. Mild Build.

Hi All, With much regret, I am putting my 2007 Lexus LX470 up for sale. I am planning on moving out of the country early next year and I will no longer have a need for the vehicle. This has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. It is capable, comfortable, reliable, and interestingly enough...

Hey all! It's been a while so here is a pic of my 2007. 2020 has been a wild ride. If anybody is interested, keep an eye out for my for sale listing as I will be putting my rig up for sale in the coming days/weeks. :) Cheers, Wes

Who has a RTT mounted on factory rack?

I used to have the GFC tent mounted on my stock rails with the help of some Yakima crossbars. I had it like this for a couple months. No issues.

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Very nice, dude! Glad you like them. It’s crazy how a set of sliders totally transform the look of these rigs. And they’re super practical. A win-win!

For Sale  SoCal: 100 Series (2007 LX470) Factory Roof Rails

Hey guys, I replaced my factory rails with a Rhino Rack system so I am throwing them up here for sale. Included are the two side rails and two cross bars. They came off my 2007 LX470 (pearl white). I am not sure where the hardware is... I may have thrown it out. I'm not sure how much they're...

    Rhino Rack Vortex

@Qtonic Just a quick update. I got the mouldings from PartSouq yesterday and it's exactly what I wanted! They have the B/C/D cutouts. Thanks for your help, dude. If you're ever in the LA area, let me know. I owe you a beer. Now I'm wondering... since the factory rail options were A/C/D...

Is it worth it? the LC 100

I bought my 07 LX from a member here. It sort of happened by chance as I was in the initial stages of looking for a 100 locally (SoCal) without a ton of luck. I saw a post from the PO saying that he would be listing his rig for sale soon and I immediately sent him a message. A week or two later...

    Rhino Rack Vortex

Hmm, very interesting. Now that I'm looking at it a bit closer, I think you're right. And yes, my kit has the extra long C feet. I was actually wondering why they were like that when I was first looking at them. I'm going to order these and report back as soon as I get them. Thank you again...

Did your factory rails have two or three mounting points?

    Rhino Rack Vortex

It's hard to tell, but my guess is that they have the A/C/D cutouts. I've looked all over and couldn't find any OEM rails with B/C/D mounting points which means there is probably no drip moldings (so that's what they're called!) with B/C/D cutouts. Thanks for your help!
