I took it to the dealer and they indicated that since the plumbing had been changed they could not perform the replacement. But they did say the existing was good. Hope that helps.

So the 2 screws on the cowel that surround the wiper shaft tighten the shaft to the mechanism underneath? Okay....I will get the screws out and replace to see if that tightens it.

Got some time to dig in and troubleshoot. Here is my findings. The bolt that hold the arm to the shaft was tight. I removed it and the shaft was moving freely. Not totally free, but a little crunchy. I pulled the firewall plate off and the assembly is moving and it is trying to move the...
