Check the rubber track/ metal window frame that the window slides in. My rear windows were leaking, rusting the jack and getting the carpet wet too. The window tracks were full of crud, and the base of the window would fill up and leak inside. Cleaned the track out, no more leaks

I ordered the same one from Helm, the web descriptions are not that informative. i think the body manual is "not yet available" the only manual they had in stock for a 88 FJ62 was the diesel engine one...
