What kind of transmission does it have?

Is this a "chunk of steel dampener" thing? My car has one of these also..

Open to a 100 cruiser also, or maybe even an 80 if the interior is really nice and mileage is reasonable. I don't really mind about lockers or mods. Would take with or without. Edit: A GX would work too, don't think any would be in our price range but you never know.
