These trails were my intro to offroading. Old Fincastle Rd. is/was the only significant challenge to my stock height FJ80. All "easy" trails have escape paths around obstacles. My stock running boards did receive some abuse... Extremely fun set of trails!!

I've used Scott Clarke a few times. Wayne always treats me fair. This has been both for my 05 Tundra, and my 97.

Nature's Miracle enzyme cleaner removes dog and cat urine smell. I imagine it would do the same with your tenants'.

If Ibis doesn't, my PO used channel locks...might get you through.

@vmiaptetr Have you made any progress with the shallow sub? I currently have a rectangular dual 6.5" setup...I like the sound but don't like how much floor space it takes up.
