Ahc "trick" has been performed which adjusted the suspension to approx 1.5 inch higher than stock. When in high mode the suspension then adds another 2 -4 inches depending on crawl mode. Please correct me if I'm wrong

Yes it is. I have also installed the speed bypass which will allow you to take trails in high mode.
