Just like to say that I have seen this rig and watched it drive and pull away from me this evening..... Truly awesome. The sound alone as it's pulling away from a stop light makes you get a funny feeling in your pants.

A scaler is where it's at for pure fun and enjoyment. A comp crawler rig is fun, but you're always looking for hard/challenging terrain or rocks to run on. Normally the comp rig tends to see the same terrain over and over again. A scale rig is a truly all terrain vehicle. Rocks, mud, sand...

Steering is fine.... only thing that broke was the winch line. Which happens from time to time. The FJ is pretty tough. Next weak link is the rear axles but I hope to see some Super 300's for the rear also. The front already has 300M front axle shafts. Here's another FJ video with some clips...

Exactly. Shane is offering what the factory put on when they built the vehicle, not a cheap cover that would cover what you already have. It is a factory replacement. I only mentioned what Toyota calls it.

Toyota calls them, "Seat Cushion Cover Assembly" or "Seat Back Cover Assembly". Just depends on if it's for the top or bottom;)

Hmmmm.... Just to let you know, that wasn't mine. I was selling it for a friend, not my build, not my rig, I just took pictures and sent it in the mail. BTW, here's what that looked like when I sent it out..... it was originally built in Aug 2004. Before TLT's went mainstream like they are...

Gee... I wonder what you got and from whom? Most of my personal trucks were either parted out or have been sold to only one person in Texas and he messed with them to where they were only parts. I really don't like to see people bad mouth my stuff.. especially if it didn't come directly from...

The information that I have been given from Revtek is that the FJ uses the #431 kit. I even have a fax in front of me mentioning the lift kit from Revtek and it states part #431. I have no idea what is different between the two.
