I think I figured out the stalling problem. It looks like it was the low oil pressure switch. I had the oil changed and that seem to take care of the problem. Maybe I should check my oil level more than once every 3 months. Thanks for everyone’s help.

Hello. Any help would be great. I have an 86 HJ60. It starts up fine. It seems to idle fine. If I'm at a stop sign I step on the accelerator the engine goes for a second or two then stalls. It's then hard to start and a huge cloud of black smoke erupts. If I'm going along at 55 miles it...
