    Will 1979 FJ40 Seats fit in a 1977 FJ40?

    Thanks everyone. Unfortunately, does not sound like 79 seats will fit in 77 w/out some modification or fabricating.

    Will 1979 FJ40 Seats fit in a 1977 FJ40?

    Will a 1979 FJ40 Passenger seat fit in a 1977 FJ40. I ask because I know the gas tank was relocated in 1979 to the underside of the body and in 1977 it was under the passenger seat. Thanks :)
