Clicking sound (doesn't appear to be rotational) in the front - driver side. At very low speed as the steering wheel is turned/locked to the right - pulling out of parking lot or backing in? Can't figure it out - crawled underneath - nothing feels loose. Tie rods were recently (less than 5kms)...

I have been running a CBI double swing out tube bumper (spare tire carrier, jerry cans, high lift and hitch incorporated). Very satisfied.

The saga gets better! Pronounced shimmy in the steering wheel - which goes away if I turn the wheel more than 90 degrees. Comes back again if I turn again 90 degrees. Two visits to the stealership and my rig is now worse off then before it went in!

According to the stealership- they need to be replaced because, according to them they are loose. After 70,000kms - not sure I understand loose? Either they are fine or catastrophic failure/broken and must be replaced. They did not seem to suggest that degree of urgency. Will have to sort out...

285-75r 16 would be the best bet. However, not clear why the mods -since the vehicle will not be off-roading?
