I’d drop the old back in and see what you get. Mine did this too.

79’ on mine is on the passenger side. I bought a spare one that wasn’t Toyota and had to mount it on the drivers side. I’ve since put my original one back in. Mine was better aligned on the passenger side. Pic is the spare acdelco 334-1599 mounted on the wrong side of town.

Did some brake fluid change and bleed on a 79’ 40. One of the bleeders was badly plugged so I got a few of these Raybestos to put in place. I noticed on the front (disc) bleeders that were in there are way longer than these replacements. Made me wonder if they were original or not. Number I...

installed mine the other day on my 79'...took a couple of weeks to show but they eventually did just after Christmas. has anyone fitted a guard to the front of the Koito glass?
