I did the same as veiloctane but mounted this type of cooler because I had no room for a front mount because of the intercooler. Its still tucked up and out of the way and it works better then the front mount one I had before.
I don't know what caused the fin to crack or if that had anything to do with the excess oil. It's just what I found when I was looking into why I had excess oil. Clean it up and add a catch and see how it goes, it's probably just fine.
Mine looked the same as yours. I always had some oil but one day it was more then usual. It turned out to be the turbo and one fin was starting to crack.
Haven't decided yet, I'm waiting for the extreme valve body to show up and then I'm going to figure it out. The plan is to trim the grill so I can keep it out front.
There are two holes that just need to be enlarged for the pipes to fit. As for the tranny cooler I'm guessing it would need to be relocated. I did have a factory one but I needed to move mine. I only have one horn and it still fits.
I only did the ones in the springs, it was a pain. I heated them up and then just pounded on them until them came out, if you had a press it wouldn't be that bad.
