I have been looking at the forecasts backwards and adjusted my thought process. For instance yesterday we had a 70% chance of no rain and we have a 50% chance of no rain today. It's not so much of a letdown if you look at it this way.:meh:

They hit us with a nifty Tier charge if we don't behave. Starts out at $5/thousand, then bend over buddy if you are bad.

Were you here for the '83 flood? I remember driving up a river (Grand Ave) that first morning on the way to Seligman and coming back home to Tucson 4 days later to find all the bridges on I-10 were compromised.

Looking for something positive. Just opened a $451 water bill. I guess that our property is somewhat green can fit but driving around Oracle is scary, lot's of dying and dead oaks and junipers. Maybe a club rain dance is in order.

Smart move to include the fan bracket with the original purchase. I overlooked it and had to wait several days before I could finish the job. Also, a follow up; Really impressed with the all aluminum aftermarket radiator in these record heat days. I would love to put a proper gage on it instead...

Ross, we feel the pain. Every routine r&r job snowball's into an avalanche. "Could have saved a bunch on shipping." :lol: And if you think you may need that extra part, you wont, and it will take up extra space on your bench for years.
