I got the tool in over the weekend but just got into town. Went home at lunch and was able to run the die easily over the damaged threads. Then the locking nut went on perfectly. @Kernal please update your post to reflect the correct size of the OD of the spindle and thanks for all your help...

Will all fit on a 2010 LX570?

Long story short, I stripped the spindle threads. Don't ask, it's not important, but I'm dumb. What is important is getting this thing out of my garage. I have a replacement lock washer, lock nut and screws. What is the thread size of the spindle thread? Any tips on fixing this booger...

The dealership did their thing and no more hood flutter! I also removed the roof rack over the weekend and I am liking my car more than before. It has taken me 15K miles to get there... Next will be to find some crossbars to take the place of the factory rack. I need them for my Thule box.

not sure, but my GX is at the dealership now getting this done. I'll report back. now, if they can get the roof rack noise to go away...

I agree with this. I am at 10,000 miles on my 550 and tell everyone that asks that I liked my 200 more. It was just tighter, more comforatable and less "cheap". I am considering trading it back soon.

I am having same problem. Really annoying. I have been all up in settings but cannot figure this out.

I still canot find the TSB but, according to dealer, there is one coming up for improper brake pads and shims. They are replacing the shims and pads on LCs and LXs. Parts are on order.

Dealership did not contact me, so I called them. they still have my GX with only 5K miles. They are ordering parts and could not tell me more. I assume it is the brake squeal but no one can tell me the substance of the TSB. WTF.
