I swear that I saw someone who posted part numbers for one piece upper and lower radiator hoses when doing an LS swap but I closed the window and can’t seem to find it anymore through search and the google machine. Does anyone have them?
I’m installing a 5.3 with a Ron Davis direct fit radiator...
My bracket sheared off in almost exactly the same place/way, I found it when I pulled the engine. I”m not bothering with it though, I’m mid LS swap at the moment so I won’t be using it anyway. Purchased system April 2020.
The guys from @cruiseroutfit have been awesome helping me over the years with both of the 40’s I’ve had as well as the other active vendors on this site. I think you’ll find that the land cruiser community is full of a bunch of awesome people to deal with that will help however you can.

I would think a good two post, asymmetrical lift would be good for what you’re asking it to do. We have two of these in our shop now and they’re the most versatile. Just be sure you have enough room on either side of the posts between the walls to navigate around it when working. That’s probably...
Probably not exactly what you’re looking for and definitely not it’s final version but I put Dynamat on the new one I recently purchased. Still deciding how to cover it but I can definitely tell a difference in noise from the old one - still a tin can though so don’t expect miraculous effects...
I definitely think getting their top without the holes is the way to go after seeing yours, kind of a bummer from a time standpoint though. Be careful not to put things in too much of a bind with the way these bodies flex. That was one of my biggest concerns when making mine fit.
@Curtice yours definitely fits better than mine does on the front, looks like Gozzard just needs to update the description for what the header panel fits so people know when purchasing.
On the sides: I assume the sides are loose, are you able to wiggle it around to where the overhang is even...
@Curtice I was wondering earlier this week if yours had come in or not. Looking forward to seeing how the install turns out and hopefully I can figure out what I’m doing wrong on mine haha.
@Curtice Maybe it’s the picture but yours looks a lot shorter than mine does. I have four mounting holes across the windshield frame for my 1974.
Definitely looks to me from that picture that the roof I have would fit yours better.
@EWheeler the header panel height is absolutely too short and I see no way of overcoming this.
The best solution I’ve come up with, I’m theory, is machining an aluminum bar to bridge the gap in height and spacing from WS frame. I still don’t like this idea especially considering the cost of...
I emailed the same measurement sheet to Mike yesterday morning and his response was less than ideal, I had to read it a few times and then walk away for a while before I responded. He agreed that my OEM top fits better than his but even that one isn’t square…and they’ve used this top on many...
@EWheeler and @Curtice some final thoughts now that I have the top mostly installed. Most importantly: drill the holes yourself.
The body to frame relationship on my cruiser is not square as Mike said, but as best I can work out squaring it up properly will make the situation worse. I drug out...
