Check the brake booster rod to MC clearance and adjust it if needed. You can buy a cheap brake booster adjusting tool to make this easy. Do a google search and a multitude of tools will pop up.
I love Rock Auto, but sometimes new parts aren't up to snuff these days. $50 seems way to cheap for a new MC - more in line with a "re-manufactured/rebuilt unit.
So if you can stand on the pedal and it doesn't keep sinking, that would tell me...
